Rento accomodated it without any issues and their representative was already waiting for us. The driver arrived shortly and helped us load/unload our luggage. The payment link worked without any issues with Wise card. I am happy so far with their service. Let's see how it goes on the way back to the airport. Update: The driver arrived at the hotel a few minutes earlier than the booked time, and everything went smoothly. I would use their service again and can easily recommend it to others.

Great experience when booking a transfer to/from Istanbul airport (IST) with Rento. The booking process was smooth, everything was explained in detail in the follow-up Whatsapp messages (i.e. paynent options, where to find their rep at the airport, etc.). Their guy at the airport went with us and showed us the way to the driver which is a big plus at this big airport terminal. The return ride went also smooth, the car was at the hotel even before the puck-up time. The vehicles are spacious. Really recommended transfer service in Istanbul at a giood price!

Amazing service I was initially very sceptical but they are brilliant. Easy to communicate via WhatsApp and easy instruction. Price are reasonable and we get the value of what we paid. We are an experienced travellers but for a city stop over like Istanbul we highly recommend using them as a transfer/transportation service from the airport as well as around the city.
