If you need to use public transportation to reach Kadikoy, Instead of a bus it would be better to use Metro. But if you want to use just the metro to get to Kadikoy you need to use 4 different metro lines and would be a very very long way. it would be better to use a combination of Metro and Bus. First, you need to use the M11 metro line to reach Kaigithane station and from there you need to change to the M7 line and reach Mecidiyekoy Station. You can use different bus lines from there to get to Kadikoy.

If you want to use public transport to get to Kadikoy, the best option is to use Havaist. Havaist are some kind of buses that leave from Istanbul airport to different locations in the city with few stops.
To reach Kadikoy by Havaist, you need to use HVIST-14 which you can find outside the arrival hall on the -2 floor. it takes around 2 hours to reach Kadikoy by Havaist and will cost you 179TL (7 Euros).
